Anna Russo's new singles, Growing Too Fast and Doing My Thing, produced by LK PRO publishing, are a collaboration between Anna Russo's long time dedication to her piano lessons with teacher and music artist, Katie Ann Grossi.
Anna Russo's inspiration to create these two singles came from a school assignment at City Honors High School called MYP Personal Project. Tenth grade students are required to create a project over the school year about any personal long term goal they desire. Anna decided for her project she wanted to professionally create music that could be released on spotify and other digital platforms.
Anna Russo has been taking piano and voice lessons from producer, Katie Ann, for many years. After Katie Ann released her sophomore pop album, Driven, Anna approached Katie Ann about hiring her for the music project. She trusts her teacher and appreciates her artistic style and professional music career. Katie Ann guided Anna through every step, sharing her knowledge of the music industry, helping to bring her songs into fruition. Last summer Anna brought her lyrics, music ideas and chord progressions to Katie Ann. From there Katie Ann orchestrated and arranged the music, then coached Anna so she would be prepared for the recording studio. The day after Anna's homecoming dance, all the tedious pre-production work was finally done and the team professionally recorded the music at GCR Audio in Buffalo, NY. Music engineer, Justin Rose, recorded, mixed and mastered the project. Once the project was complete the team released the songs, utilizing Katie Ann's publishing company, LK PRO to assist with the professional release. Now the music is available world-wide on every digital platform!
